Yes, you can get a train from Beauvais to Soissons. You will change trains in Paris, but not have to change stations in Paris. Travel time is 2.5 to 4 hours depending on the train you take. Have a look at www.raileurope.com for more info and to book at ticket if you want. Just know that you can buy your ticket the day you travel if you like. You will need to take the shuttle from the airport to the Beauvais train station.
