Yes, that’s possible. Looking at an online schedule I saw one train leaving from Gare du Nord at 6.05 and getting to Beauvais at 7.22. You can check out schedules on Rail Europe and even buy your ticket. You can also buy a ticket the day you travel or just before at any train station.
You’d then need to get from the train station to the airport. You can either take the shuttle bus. This Q & A tells you haw to look up the schedule. Or you can take a taxi, €10-15 if I remember right.
